The Sports Club of Dhenkanal Autonomous College has scripted a glorious past in the field of Sports. With a beautiful and spacious playground surrounded by green hills and serene environment, and an occasional breaking of the ice by the spirit of the play.The college has all sports facilities like Football, Cricket, Volleyball, Hockey, Badminton, Kho kho, Kabadi and many indoor games. The College has a glorious and stupendous past record of creating tallented sportsmen in all branches of sports. Significantly, the

year 2023-2024 comes out to be a glorious period for Dhenkanal Autonomous College as there has been a series of sports activities both on the field and off the field. This year, the college football team brought glory by winning Utkal University zonal runners up trophy in Inter College Football (mens) Tournament . The College Badminton and Cricket team participated in the Inter College Tournament and exhibited their never die spirit. The college successfully organized the live telecast of FIH Hockey Men's World Cup 2023 in its campus. The Institution Level Sports and Nua-O Sports competitions spreading over a full fortnight instilled in the students a spirit of unforeseen restiveness and adventure . The College has many a sports activities lined up ahead and is hoping to excel in the realm.
