About Us
The department of Mathematics functions from the very inception of the college i.e. in the year 1959. The department has flexibility in forming courses and conducting tests and examination. The Department believes in quality teaching and learning. The faculties are active in conducting extension programmes in reaching out to students and the general public.
The department is enriched with a huge number of text and reference books, periodic seminar, computer laboratory and modern classroom teaching for knowledge enhancement. Students get opportunities to build their career in higher studies like Master degree not only in Mathematics but also in computer application etc. and to get jobs in different government, and private sectors. The student teacher relationship is informal and friendly, this tradition has become a part of our tradition.
